Four reports, four published prices

Choose the report for your transaction.

Each page sets out the applicable law, the scope, the documents, the statutory timeline and the price. If your transaction does not require a report, the firm tells you before you order. Reports are issued in French, the language required for filing in France. We work with you and your advisers in English.

Prices exclude VAT and are fixed for the scope described. Mergers, demergers and contributions above €1.5m: fixed price on quote within 24 working hours. See all prices

Small transaction

Small price

A contribution of equipment, a small SARL becoming an SAS: you pay the entry price, from €550 excl. VAT.

Proportionate

A price that follows your file

The price depends on the amount contributed or the size of the company (balance sheet total, revenue). The simulator calculates it in seconds.

Fixed

Set before the engagement

The price is confirmed in writing in the quote and does not change for the scope described. Above €1.5m, it is set on a quote within 24 working hours.

How the firm works

Six commitments, kept on every file.

Simple working principles that you can check, and that do not change with the urgency or the size of the transaction.

A word from the signatory

I know how urgent a transaction can be.

A share capital transaction is rarely prepared in calm conditions. The meeting has been called, the lawyer has drafted the documents, the bank or the investor is waiting, and there is a report nobody had mentioned.

My job is to give you a clear answer, fast: is the report required, what does it cost, when will you have it. I read every request myself and I sign every report myself. I work directly with your lawyer, so that the documents and the report say the same thing.

And if a deadline cannot be met, I will tell you the same day. You will never find out the day before the meeting.

★★★★★See the reviews on Google
★★★★★I am absolutely won over. These people are there to help me, not to sell me bogus fees. Truly meticulous: they look at every last detail. Fees: very, very honest indeed.

★★★★★Mr Verron is the only accountant who agreed to take on my file, which three of his peers had turned down as too complicated. His decision was immediate. Very professional.

★★★★★I came to ALV on a friend's recommendation and have absolutely no regrets. They take the time to explain what is not always clear to non-specialists.

Frequently asked questions

Answers before you order.

A specific question about your file? The report finder tells you in three clicks which report is required.

Can I speak to you before ordering?

Yes. Call +33 6 29 50 54 20 or leave your number in the quote form. You receive an immediate email acknowledgement, then your written quote within 24 working hours.

How quickly will I receive my report?

Within 48 hours of receiving a complete file for most reports; 5 days for a business as a going concern, shares or a conversion into an SA; 7 days for a partial asset contribution. The lead time is confirmed in writing in the quote, before you order.

Is the price shown really fixed?

Yes, for the scope described on each page. The calculator sets the price according to the amount of the transaction and the number of items to be assessed; the quote confirms it in writing. There are no travel costs and no administration fees.

Can the whole file be handled remotely?

Yes: quote, engagement letter signed online, secure document upload, exchanges by email or phone, electronically signed report. A paper copy is sent on request.

Can you work directly with our lawyer?

Yes, this is the most common arrangement. Your lawyer sends the draft articles of association and minutes; the firm replies to them directly and aligns its timeline with the date of the general meeting.

Can our accountant or our statutory auditor prepare this report?

Not your accountant, who is not independent of the company. If the company already has a statutory auditor, that auditor prepares certain reports (conversion, capital reduction), but not those of a contribution auditor or special benefits auditor, which require an outside professional.

How does payment work?

When you order, by card or bank transfer. The engagement starts once payment and the file are received; the stated lead time runs from receipt of the last document.

Is your general meeting coming up? Describe your transaction.

Type of transaction, legal form of the company, amount, date of the general meeting: that is all we need. You receive a fixed price, a lead time and the exact list of documents within 24 working hours.
